Booking and rescheduling
Appointments can be rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed time.
Engagement length
Monthly tracks run for a minimum of three months and are cancellable monthly thereafter. Session packages are valid for twelve months from purchase.

Coaching is training guidance, not medical advice. If you have a medical condition or are in any doubt, speak to your doctor before starting.
